We distinguish 5 types of covers:

OMP
Twitter
Googlebooks
BOD
Createspace

The covers for the OMP catalog and for Tweets are generated with make cover. They are png files.

Googlebooks takes the first page of a pdf as cover.

Covers for BOD and CreateSpace are created with the script podcovers.sh available in the bodsetup repo.
