Put Folder Compare path footers on PathMetaFooter

Summary

• Replace Folder Compare selection-oriented path footers with shared PathMetaFooter + pathFileStamp stamps (L/R).
• Keep selection labels and free-space on the folder-pair status strip.
• Densify Compare path meta footers at capture ~20px / 11px CSS.

• Vitest FolderCompareView.test.ts, folderChromeDensity, pathStatusDensity, full src/styles/
• Pre-commit quality (prettier, eslint, stylelint, vue-tsc, rust fmt/clippy)
• Spot-check vs docs/assets/.../folder-compare.png

Remaining divergences

• Directory stamps show size/mtime only (no encoding/EOL chips — expected for folders).
• Lucide chevrons on format chips when present.
• Options / Tol panels intentionally out of scope.
