Add restart button to Minesweeper

Fixes # 5256

Added a restart/play again button to the Minesweeper game that appears when the player wins or loses. Previously, the only way to start a new game was to refresh the page manually. This change allows players to reset the game board and begin a new game without reloading the page, improving overall usability and user experience.
