This PR adds a new game known as Tic_Tac_Toe_1_ComputerVsHuman where player can,

• First Tic Tac Toe game (in this repo) which enable to play with both Computer and Friends.
• Players click on grid cells to place their marks ("X" or "O"), with turns alternating automatically.
• To create a visual experience for the user, the game is merged with squid game theme.

Game Features 🎮

• Two Game Modes: Play against another human locally or challenge a simple AI that makes random moves.
• Interactive 3x3 Grid: Players click on grid cells to place their marks ("X" or "O"), with turns alternating automatically.
• Win and Draw Detection: The game automatically checks and announces when a player has achieved three in a row (horizontal, vertical, or diagonal) or when the board is full and results in a draw.
• Simple and Intuitive UI: Features an easy-to-understand design, allowing users to quickly start and enjoy a game with minimal setup
