feat/add ability to skip tutorial

• feat(tutorials): add SkipTutorialTeachingTipView to show a button to skip tutorials
• refactor(TaskInterfaceTutorial): move code of self._enable_buttons() to self._last_step()
• feat(interfaceTutorial): add skipping tutorial functionality
• refactor(targetClickTeachingTip): reorder attribute initialization to be the first lines of __init__()
• fix(targetClickTeachingTip.py): reduce invisible border that obstructs input
• fix(taskInterfaceTutorial): re-enable buttons in dialogs in _last_step()
• fix(interfaceTutorial): add missing super().__init__() call in constructor
