Both plugins were declared in _config.yml and neither was doing anything.
jekyll-feed generated a feed.xml with zero entries — the site has no _posts —
and nothing linked to it. Removed.
jekyll-seo-tag was never invoked, and that cost something real: the layout's
only <meta name="description"> sat inside an `is_project_page` conditional
that is false for this site, so panopticas.io shipped with no description, no
Open Graph tags and no Twitter card. Sharing a link produced a bare URL.
The layout now calls {% seo %} in place of the hand-rolled title and the dead
conditional. `url` is set in _config.yml so canonical and og:url are absolute.
Each page carries its own `description` in front matter, so a shared link to
/cli does not describe itself the same way as /api.
Page titles gain the site suffix as a result: "CLI Reference | Panopticas"
rather than "CLI Reference".

Rebuilt and inspected the generated
