agent-tools

agent-tools は、再利用可能な skills、prompts、workflows、agent definitions、 instruction templates を管理するための個人用 AI agent asset repository です。

全体像・設計・現在地を一度に把握したい場合は docs/onboarding.md から読んでください。

この repository は dotfiles とは意図的に分離します。 public repository として公開する前提なので、追跡する内容はすべて公開可能なものに限定します。

原則

• Codex と Claude Code の資産は、ひとつの共通 source repository で管理する。
• 共通 source asset から tool 別 artifact を生成する。
• 生成 artifact の反映は明示 sync とし、v1 では symlink に依存しない。
• sync は default dry-run にする。
• tool directory へ書き込む場合は、明示的な --apply flag を必須にする。
• 管理対象は personal- で始まる生成 asset のみとする。
• agent-tools 管理 marker を持つ target だけを更新する。
• 同名 target が unmanaged の場合は、上書きせず conflict として停止する。
• 安全判定 (致命 gate) は build と register で一本化し、両者の合否を一致させる。
• sync は catalog を見て、register で registered になった asset だけ配置する。
• secrets、credentials、private endpoints、client/work material は保存しない。
• project planning / management docs は dotfiles と分離して別管理する。
• 実作業は GitHub Issue / PR で管理する。
• 基本 workflow は personal-project-operating-loop で管理する。
• shared asset metadata は Asset Manifest Schema に従う。
• dotfiles 連携と management marker は Status / Manifest Contract に従う。

公開 repository の安全方針

secrets、credentials、private endpoints、work/client material、private local paths、runtime state、private input から生成した artifacts は commit しません。 詳細は SECURITY.md と docs/publication-safety.md を参照してください。

現在の scope

scaffold と policy documentation、および check-manifests / check-injection / build / register / sync / status / doctor の各 script は実装済みです。 安全判定 (致命 gate) は build と register で一本化され、sync は catalog を 尊重して registered の asset だけ配置します。self-tests は CI で PR ごとに実行されます。

pipeline 全体と各 script の役割は docs/onboarding.md を参照してください。

残作業は GitHub Issues で管理します。script の実装は、対応する issue で scope された範囲だけで行います。
