docs: Add Maintainers and Community Contributors

Summary

Add proper attribution for project maintainers and community contributors.

Changes

• Add Maintainers section with @kolkov as Creator & Lead Maintainer
• Reorganize Acknowledgments into:
  • Research - Academic and technical foundations
  • Community Contributors - Bug reporters and testers

Community Contributors Added

• @thepudds - Critical bug report: pointer dereference instrumentation (bug(escape): Pointer dereferences incorrectly skipped when pointer doesn't escape #27)
• @glycerine - Extensive real-world testing on zygomys ([BUG] github.com/kolkov/racedetector@v0.4.10: missing go.sum entry for go.mod file #15, [BUG] does not work with cgo #16, [BUG] false positive races found, only half of a race is reported (previous access stack trace not available) #17)
