test(storybook): fix processing column story

DataTableWrapper story that showcases the "Processing" cell in action was no longer showing "Processing". This fixes that.

2. Go to Components → DataTableWrapper → Processing Column And Banner
3. 🟢 Notice that "Processing" appears in one of the cells from the "Translation (es)…" column
