Promotes the 0.1.1 snapshot. 18 files: 15 changed, 3 added, 0 removed.

What lands

Added — event write. Publishes one org-memory event into the home's events store, failure-atomically: the canonical path only ever holds a complete record, and a published record is never replaced.

Fixed — five sync and doctor behaviours.

  • The publication allowlist anchors .gitignore and .oacp-memory-repo to the home root, so a file of either name deeper in the tree no longer blocks pull.
  • enable retires the lines a superseded managed block carried, and the receipt names them.
  • doctor scopes its working-tree row to the allowlist.
  • push and doctor keep both paths of a rename git detects in the working tree; the source path was previously misread.
  • push names a credential helper the sandbox blocked as its own failure, with the remedy, instead of reporting it as a rejected push.

Also — the release workflow's pinned artifact actions move to upload-artifact v7.0.1 and download-artifact v8.0.1, and the development ruff floor moves to the 0.16 family. Neither changes the shipped package.

Snapshot integrity

  • Every file tracked here exists in the export — checked file by file, not by diffstat. Nothing is deleted by this promote, which matters because the export adds and overwrites but never removes.
  • Export: 82 files against 79 tracked here, +3 new. Delta measured at +1728 / −49.
  • Scanned for absolute user paths, internal hostnames, bot account ids and secret names: zero hits.

Verification

Run against this exact content before the snapshot was taken:

  • full suite — 796 passed, 47 skipped
  • ruff check . — clean on the new floor
  • python -m build + twine check — 0.1.1 sdist and wheel, both PASSED
  • CI green on Python 3.10, 3.11, 3.12 and 3.13

Merging this, then tagging v0.1.1, publishes to PyPI with build attestations from the pypi environment.

Adds `event write`: it publishes one org-memory event into the home's events
store, failure-atomically, and never replaces a record that is already
published.

Fixes five sync and doctor behaviours. The publication allowlist now anchors
`.gitignore` and `.oacp-memory-repo` to the home root, so a file of either
name deeper in the tree no longer blocks `pull`. `enable` retires the lines a
superseded managed block carried and names them in its receipt. `doctor`
scopes its working-tree row to the allowlist. `push` and `doctor` keep both
paths of a rename git detects in the working tree, where the source path was
previously misread. And `push` names a credential helper the sandbox blocked
as its own failure, with the remedy, instead of reporting it as a rejected
push.

Raises the pinned artifact actions in the release workflow and the
development ruff floor.
