Merge develop into main for v0.1.0 release

This PR merges the latest changes from develop into main in preparation for tagging and releasing v0.1.0.

• Recent PR merges into develop, including:
  • Merge pull request Migrate ingestion and table handling workflow from Delta Lake to Apache Iceberg #72 from kbase/feature/iceberg-changes
  • Merge pull request docs: add table-level comments documentation to ingest tutorial #71 from kbase/feature/doc-table-comment

After merge:

A v0.1.0 tag will be created from main
Downstream Docker builds will be updated to use @v0.1.0
