- a "real" intro (without telling the whole story) - the situation why this article was written The second part is placed after the TOC.

I find the numbering of the titles quite confusing, since the chapters are not enumerating anything. The fact that some paragraph (like paragraph 2) have an internal sub-paragraph makes it even harder. |

- add categories
- add {:target="_blank"} to every link
- move every sentence in a new line
- minor text change without changing the meaning
