I find the numbering of the titles quite confusing, since the chapters are not enumerating anything. The fact that some paragraph (like paragraph 2) have an internal sub-paragraph makes it even harder.
I suggest to either use lexicographic ordering or avoid numbering of titles entirely

@tiefenauer : I totally agree. I'm still working on the article and trying to cut down reading time... :)

- add categories
- add {:target="_blank"} to every link
- move every sentence in a new line
- minor text change without changing the meaning
