Unable to create workspace

🐛 Bug Report

I just deployed Kan on Railway, created an account, and I am unable to create a workspace. See screenshot below:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to deployed production URL
2. Create an account
3. Input workspace name and hit create
4. See error

Expected behavior
A new workspace created

• Browser Chrome
• Node version - no idea (latest one as of writing this?)
