• a5bf0ca: Declare an output schema for subagent and return the run as structured content.
  Codemode scripts now receive { output, sessionId?, model?, toolCalls, durationMs, usage }
  with the full, untruncated final response. Failed runs still reject with the error
  text.
• c557b04: Report subagent token usage and cost on the tool result, so pi counts both toward the
  session totals. This replaces the message_end hook that added only the cost to the
  next assistant message. Tool results in sessions recorded with earlier versions no
  longer show the subagent cost.
