Adds §15a: the per-term medical-reframing emergence cascade (mention density among cannabidiol-sense tweets — volume-controlled, unlike raw echo counts), generalising the cancer/epilepsy inseparability to all terms. Single-file: docs/rendered/cbd_case_study.html.
