Tunero - Windows 11 PC optimizer that explains every change and can undo it
Gaming-first tuning for Windows 11, with profiles for laptops, battery life, office work, quiet PCs and older hardware. A scan runs 46 read-only checks of hardware, BIOS settings and anti-cheat requirements, and 99 tweaks are rated by their measured or disputed impact, each with sources and an explanation page in English and German. Every change is backed up and verified first, can be undone even after a restart, and the app notices when a Windows update resets one. One self-contained exe, no telemetry, currently in preview.

fw_alarm - Turning a fire department pager into a push notification
An ESP32 watches the relay contact of a Swissphone charging cradle and forwards every alert as an iOS Critical Alert, so an alarm gets through even on silent mode. What started as a two-wire hack grew into the part I find more interesting: a small PHP dashboard on a NAS that manages recipients, lets anyone mute themselves via an iPhone shortcut when they arrive at work, and watches whether the box is still alive. Along the way it picked up what a project like this actually needs - retry on network loss, replay-safe command delivery, a hardware watchdog, and a quieter volume during the weekly test alarm.
