Adding @tenkaipl/react-native-select — a customizable select/dropdown for React Native.
Inspired by react-select on the API side. Native-first handling of ScrollView, Modal, keyboard, and SafeArea — addressing common edge cases that other RN dropdown libraries don't handle out of the box.
Tested in production across multiple client apps before open-sourcing.
Per CONTRIBUTING.md: single suggestion, alphabetical placement, description ends with a period.
