Mostly tooling for working with AI agents. The criteria I'd used for years to make decisions have stopped holding, and I'd rather find out where the new ones are by building than by reading about it.
- omawrite is a fork of the Markdown editor Omarchy ships. 21 upstream pull requests reconciled, plus image paste and a D-Bus command line, so an agent can edit a file while it's open in front of me. The decisions log is the part worth reading.
- mcp-bamboohr-plus, docmost-mcp and cronometer-core are MCP servers, so agents can reach the systems I actually use rather than the ones that happen to have integrations.
A homelab I run properly rather than as a toy: Proxmox and a lot of LXC, single sign-on, monitoring, alerting, backups, all of it documented. It is where I try things before I would ask anyone else to run them.
My first computer was an Oric Atmos in 1985, and it got more Mandelbrot renderers in BASIC and 6502 than it deserved. The collection went to fund the bike.
