Adds a ~10s, 1.3 MB demo GIF (live radar + NWS alerts on the deck.gl map) right under the live-link line — the README had no visual, and stormdeck is now the lead pin on the profile.
.github/stormdeck.gif.[skip release]in the title so the merge does not auto-cut a patch release for a docs change — drop it if you would rather it does.
