Final launch polish: compact landing tiles, rounded controls and badges, flat appearance/Admin icons after Portfolio on desktop, Light/Dark/Darker controls, corrected Instagram, enriched career metadata and Leadership emphasis.
Work pages share Work Experience | Code & Projects | Talks & Presentations | Interviews & Press navigation. Code and project records share searchable, filtered tiles; expandable project details preserve the case studies. /projects/ keeps existing links working. Talks and media have their own catalogs beneath the shared navigation. Work's centered profile places the landing-style name below the portrait, reverses social tile colors, and uses a one-line Cloud, Security, SaaS & Healthcare summary. The introduction drops its eyebrow and allows the description to fill the same width as the lead.
Writing and Blog Posts have matching container widths and header positions. Action labels use Initial Caps.

Validation: Sass compilation and JavaScript syntax passed. Browser checks confirmed project search/reset and expandable details, shared navigation on Talks and Media, and identical Writing/Blog header bounds. Full Jekyll build and staging deployment run through Actions.
Work Experience profile now replaces socials and Writer | Speaker | Human with the five professional disciplines and a smaller industries line including DoD Simulation & Training. The capability row has Technical Writing, Content Operations, Content Design, and People Leadership, with four columns on desktop and responsive stacking.
Work Experience now uses the same container width and padding as the other Work sections so the sub-navigation retains its position.
