Add v1000 files.

Adds Rubin_v1000_*.yaml. These are essentially the same as v3.14, but with a couple small tweaks:

• Adds the CameraBody obscuration between M2 and M3.
• Adjusts M1 and M3 radii
• Adds the M1Baffle surface
