feat(chores): fold the icon picker away; add a Sports group

What

The chore icon picker is folded by default. The grid of icons was taller than the rest of the chore form. Now there's a small button next to Icon that shows the current choice: the emoji, or "None". Tapping it opens the grid, and picking an icon folds it again. This works the same way as the step and routine icons in the Routines plugin.

It's the same component in both places, so both get the change:

• the admin chore dialog (Family → Chores);
• the dashboard's Add Chore dialog.

New Sports group: ⚽ soccer, 🏀 basketball, 🏈 football, ⚾ baseball, 🥎 softball, 🎾 tennis, 🏐 volleyball, 🏉 rugby. It sits between Outdoors and School, with English and Spanish labels.

Notes

• No server or schema change. The chore still stores the emoji itself, as before.
• If a chore's emoji isn't in the bank, the folded button still shows it as-is.
• Accessibility:
  • the button carries aria-expanded/aria-controls;
  • its accessible name includes the current choice ("Icon: Basketball");
  • the radiogroup and keyboard selection are unchanged.

Tested

• Client: npx vitest run passes (527 tests), npm run check:i18n passes, and npm run build succeeds.
• Browser check in both dialogs:
  • the picker starts folded, with no radios rendered;
  • it opens to 59 choices, including the Sports group;
  • picking Basketball folds it, and the button shows 🏀.
