Changed scipy functions to numpy since scipy commands will not operate on current version! :)

The way that you have submitted this pull request makes it hard to check - git thinks you deleted the content of the entire file, and then added all the text back in. Please correct this. Secondly, could you explain what you mean by "current version", for example, what version of python/scipy/numpy you are having difficulty with? |

Ah I see. I had download the most recent version under releases "Magic 2 v1.04" which contained the deprecated scipy function. The code directly from the green "Code" button download is a separate version with numpy. The latest version of the code is not what is in the most recent version, so that might need to be updated! Thanks for the quick response! |
