This improves ascii art greatly. Signed-off-by: Zingo Andersen <zingo@zingo.org>
Script supports rerunning and replacing some rooms, it also support adding to the room texts to impove the image or replacing the style string. For example maybe you want different style for outside nature vs inside rooms. Signed-off-by: Zingo Andersen <zingo@zingo.org>
Spawn off an editor when replacing an image if you want to add more hints to the image generator for this room. Signed-off-by: Zingo Andersen <zingo@zingo.org>
Start zork with --gui to use this. Signed-off-by: Zingo Andersen <zingo@zingo.org>

Most of this was done with the the help of AI tools (using Opencode+GLM-5 model So if you want to keep the project from containing AI-generated code and don't want to inlcude this that is totaly fine. I just had the idea for a while to autogenerate AI images to an old text adventure and finially got around to try it. As you already have added some images It seem you had the same idea :) I have only tested this on Linux (popOS-Ubuntu based) |

Thanks for this! I'm completely swamped at work right now but I'll take a look as soon as I can. |
Thanks for checking and coming back with a response. No problem take the time you need/want. I know how it is with home project that is not in the current rotation. Lets try to keep this from a feeling like work or "must do" and in the fun side of things. I just wanted to share it in some way and also feel free to never get around it 🙂 e.g. no pressure whatsoever. I might add some more stuff along the way. If you are open (in spirit) to using generated code. Basically for the same reason I want to experiment a bit but my work life is swamped to much so it I have this idea to maybe generate the images while playing to create a total unique game each time, maybe specifying the style part of the prompt. I also wonders what happens if the prompt is extended with a few rooms, like maybe the last 3 rooms you passed. And maybe a different image generator is better? Maybe Ill dig into that also or not. Lets see 🙂 |

Just to let you know I haven't forgotten. :-) I spent some time playing with this today and it's pretty cool...the ASCII art is blurry, but I assume that's expected? (I haven't used the library before so it's all new for me.) I'm getting link errors with Raylib, so I'm looking into that, but otherwise very impressive! |

Never mind..I'm new to chafa so I wasn't familiar with some of the option flags. I've made modifications to support Windows, and added the "IMAGE" verb to toggle the ascii art on and off. You can see the current state in branch pr8. |
This make the zork be able to show images as ascii-art on in a gui mode for better gfx.
This also adds a script to download/update and nudge the AI prompt if needed.
A lot more AI-Images was added to the folder, generated with the script.
