This commit integrates the `CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md` file into the project's MkDocs-generated documentation site. Key changes include: * **File Location:** The `CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md` file has been moved into the `docs/` directory to make it accessible to MkDocs. * **Site Navigation:** A "Code of Conduct" entry has been added to the main navigation in `mkdocs.yml`, linking to the newly moved file.
