- Bump Valhalla to 3.7.0 and prime_server to 0.10.0
- Drop CMake flags that 3.7.0 ignores (-DENABLE_BENCHMARKS, -DPKG_CONFIG_PATH) and the redundant -DCMAKE_C_COMPILER=gcc
- Use make -j$(nproc) for faster build
