Is strata-ilsp.com/testnet/xrp not working at all? Could you also test test.styra.network/1a/xrp for us as well and if its working as an uplink also adding it to the list. If strata's one is working keep it in the list and make the others additions.

strata-ilsp.com/testnet/xrp runs into the error at the link in the original post and the other one works.
