Updates the GitHub Actions CI Kubernetes (kind) test matrix to run Helm chart lint/install tests against newer, currently supported Kubernetes versions.
Changes:
- Replace legacy kindest/node versions (v1.21.x, v1.22.x) with newer versions (v1.33.x–v1.35.x) in the workflow matrix.
- Expand the matrix to test against three Kubernetes versions instead of two.

CI uses really obsolete k8s versions (1.22 EOL was late 2022!). This PR updates the test matrix to currently supported versions 1.33-1.35.
