• Updated to Wine 11 (Stable) on latest tag.
• Wine-staging now also available (use tag :wine-staging) if you would prefer

After testing and running into various issues over the last day, we've decided Wine 11 has been more stable and appears to resolve the issues in #7
We hope this also resolves other minor issues as well.

Wine 8 is still available on the 1.0.0 tag, but it's recommended to use Wine 11 going forward.
