…est-examples Phase 6 framework verification happens in the dedicated external repo idsinge/latency-test-examples (seeded, review-hardened, initial commit 0804b8f). SESSION_HANDOFF gains the execution-model section (two tiers, tightened pass criteria, demos quarantine, findings flow back here as docs patches, signoff procedure in this repo); KNOWN_ISSUES open item gets an honest status line (prepared, not started); CLAUDE.md points to the examples repo.
