green for the hills and eyes for the image
forward is my will and with grace we envisage
the world as it is, this place we adore
we see but not all and we always want more

at least it seems this was
at least right now today

with raindrops on the windshield
and the message on my mind
some future that we run to
without fear of what we'll find

we will find the time

keep all eyes open and trained on the path
see the world as it is, avoiding the wrath
we'll find some solutions, we'll make more mistakes
just the will to continue it all that it take

green hills give way to open plan
and now it seems I must explain
this valley speaks prosperity
a wealth of fruit not grown in vain

with grace we envisage the world as it is
its sound and its images, a world not
always gray, at least not right now today

we watch for the walls
we do not know which way they fall
we see but not all
this place is complicated
