Maps each of the 17 feeder repos to what it proves today, what it feeds valence-shell, and its next direction. Also carries the prioritised cross-feeder next work NW-1..NW-10. Records D204 (NW-1 is Arm A: absolute-zero's abstract CNO interface, instantiated by valence-shell), D205 (zerostep dropped from the feeder set) and D206 (feeds:valence-shell is a repo-local label).
