standards#952 deleted launcher/launcher-standard.a2ml. These citations still named it, so the links 404 and the prose points at a file that no longer exists. They now name the live launcher-standard_praxis.deed. Citation text only; no behaviour change, and independent of the file extension (the .deed extension migration is gated behind launch-scaffolder#40).
