Progress during local transcription and a fix for typed speaker labels.

• Local transcription's percentage now moves within each five-minute window rather than stepping ~13% at a time. Parakeet reports its decoder's progress frame by frame; Whisper's windows are counted up by elapsed time against the previous window. The shown value counts a point at a time, every run starts the same way, and 100% is shown before the transcript appears.
• A speaker name typed in square brackets becomes bold immediately again, including after a visit to the caption editor.
