feat: introduce BUILD_BRANCH for separate image builds and deployments - #7

- Added a new configuration option `BUILD_BRANCH` to allow image builds on a different branch than the deployment branch. - Updated validation to ensure `BUILD_BRANCH` is a valid branch name. - Modified CI workflows to build images on `BUILD_BRANCH` and deploy from `DEPLOY_BRANCH`. - Created a new `release.yml` workflow to handle deployments triggered by merges to `DEPLOY_BRANCH`. - Enhanced SSH connection handling with shared multiplexing to improve deployment speed. - Updated web UI to reflect the new `BUILD_BRANCH` configuration and its implications for CI/CD processes. - Added tests to verify the behavior of the new build and release workflows.
