Combine measured panel sizing, corrected session persistence and the existing hvab-blocks 0.3.0 integration into one resolved reviewable branch. Previous App/CSS/session-fixture conflicts are resolved here without merging anything into main.
Included sources: R02 954f71d, R03 #3 at 9c5b2f3, corrected R05 #5 at e785be0, and develop commits 71d4e64 / 29fb10c. The library remains pinned to v0.3.0 / 4dfa1c71dc169172c7e6f1de720b6b47044261fc.
All existing local quality commands and production build pass. A temporary reproduction fails on old R05 and passes on corrected R05 and this integrated head for two tab contexts, idle pagehide/hidden/unmount, immediate exit, repeated flush suppression, Reset, quota retry and default-state URL import. Imported CSS matches the pinned library source; the lockfile matches the existing 0.3 integration. No repository test infrastructure was added.
Exact-head Ubuntu/Node 22 CI passed for 7dff3ac, including clean dependency installation and all existing quality commands. The PR is mergeable against current main. Local checks use copied matching dependencies because the environment restricts Git package installation; no npm configuration bypass was used.
PRs #3 and #5 remain open. No main/develop push, PR merge, site deployment, theme/export/preview contract or session schema change is performed. Concurrent edits retain the existing last-writer policy; the correction prevents idle writes. Previous Safari/Windows/forced-colors/screen-reader limits remain; no new browser-platform coverage or OS-crash guarantee is claimed.
