docs: name the flame_chasoid flows - #269

agent_cleanup, fixed_interrupt_flame_chase and parallel_flame_chase are now subflows of one flowverse flow, flame_chasoid, released from humanfia/flame-chasoid-flows; their repositories are gone. The docs name each flow as hmz takes it now, install `flame_chasoid` where they install one, and link the new repository. The flowverses demo's index lists flame_chasoid, and its cast is recorded again. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
