Consider making -f the default

It's usually agents interacting with this tool, and most of the are going to chock on interactive confirmations. IMO -f should be the default (counter to standard design) and maybe add a -i for interactive commands. Crazy I know, but consider the audience using this. They might just be sitting there for 10m wondering while deleting a task is taking so damn long (OK I admin, I waited for 30s like an idiot until I realized there was an interactive prompt and updated my CLAUDE.md to always pass -f).

There are ways for programs to detect whether a terminal is interactive. If interactivity is used (in a sort of auto mode), this detection should be done first. Personally, I would prefer no interaction by default though, which would match this suggested default -f / specified -i approach. This would be much like how ls handles --color=auto.
