docs: add a minimal filesystem MCP example - #38

Conversation
examples/mcp_filesystem.{json,md}: the MCP org's reference filesystem
server scoped to one directory, merged into ~/.corecoder/mcp.json, with
the warm-cache and /mcp reconnect notes from real first-run behavior.
Both READMEs link it from the MCP section. A pin test keeps every
examples/*.json loadable against the mcp.py config contract.
Prompted by #36: the demand for a ready-made MCP wiring example is real,
but the docs stay vendor neutral, so this ships the reference server
instead of a specific commercial endpoint.

Adds a ready-made MCP wiring example: the MCP org's reference filesystem server, scoped to the launch directory, as a drop-in
~/.corecoder/mcp.jsonentry with a short guide covering the warm-cache first run,/mcp reconnect, the consent gate, and removal. Both READMEs link it from the MCP section.Prompted by #36: the demand for a concrete MCP example is real, but the docs stay vendor neutral, so this ships the reference server rather than a specific commercial endpoint.
Also pins every
examples/*.jsonagainst themcp.pyloader contract (mcpServersentries with stringcommand, listargs, dictenv) so a future example cannot silently drift out of a loadable shape.Tests: 225 passed (was 224; the example pin is the new one).
