Carried over from a Figma optical reading; -0.0094rem is ~0.15px and not backed by a design token. Removing to match the cleanup applied to TextField/Button.
color and border-radius on .tab.selected matched the values already set on .tab; only background differs when selected.
Introduces a pill-shape radius token to replace the hardcoded 9999px in Toggle and the new Tab styles. Same visual, single source of truth.
