Updating crop_lookup after 2010 classes
2. Fix raster overlay with int64 type 3. Revert field_clipped_vector

1. The weight file is saved to parameter.h5 directly 2. Cell weights are only caclulated for cell-based model. The weights for subarea-based model are calculated using subarea-centroid. There is no need to calculate cell weights and do the conversion.
