1. list - Lists all OAuth clients for an organization with optional pagination and include parameters
2. create - Creates a new OAuth client to connect an organization with a VCS provider (GitHub, GitLab, etc.)
3. read - Retrieves a specific OAuth client by its ID with basic attributes
4. read_with_options - Retrieves an OAuth client with additional related resources (tokens, projects)
5. update - Updates an existing OAuth client's properties and relationships
6. delete - Permanently deletes an OAuth client from the organization
7. add_projects - Associates one or more projects with an OAuth client
8. remove_projects - Removes project associations from an OAuth client
