Interesting library. What about adding a virtual DOM like in React? GWT currently lacks a React inspired library for UI. I'm searching one for my next project. It is abysmal that there are Angular.js inspired libraries for GWT (like Singular) but no libraries implementing the React paradigm. What do you think?

Currently we do not have plans to add something like a virtual DOM to circuit. Circuit was created due to the lack of a coordinated control flow in our application. We wanted to have something like Flux [1] usable in a GWT app. Circuit gives us a way to have a very clear and strict control flow.

1. The view dispatch actions
2. Actions are processed by stores in a specific order (stores can have dependencies among each other)
3. The presenters receive notifications and can read the current state from stores

I'n mot sure about the performance implications when working with a virtual DOM. In our current application we're quite happy with managing the UI ourselves and update the relevant parts manually.
