sadly vagrant plugins wont work, at least didnt for me for broken back comparability issues on linux give your PR a try with vagrant install then u can merge it yourself, you're collaborator now

Updated Kubernetes, Docker, etcd and Flanneld.
Also updated kube-dns.
Tested, looks like it's working. However I couldn't run conformance tests using Sonobuoy
