- **Documented the lock-free GIL-atomic contract for the streaming `STREAM_*` buffers.** Added an in-code explanation of why the per-token hot path mirrors partial-text/reasoning/tool-call buffers without holding `STREAMS_LOCK` (single writer + GIL-atomic `STORE_SUBSCR` on immutable strings → readers see complete-but-possibly-stale values, never torn), and why snapshot readers do take the lock.
