…onditional DB migration - introduce migrationFlag and global CLI flag (--force-migration) in facade - propagate migrationFlag to db.Open and to apod/webpage constructors - update db.Open to run migrations when DB file is missing or migrationFlag is true, and improve related logging/comments - update README: use ~ for default paths, add --force-migration to help output, minor APOD/help text tweaks and example adjustment - bump copyright years to 2023-2026
