Native review wanted: machine-translated recording bar tooltips (14 locales)

The recording bar (HUD) tooltips were rewritten in #912. The English is the source of truth. The 14 other locales were machine-translated by an AI agent and reviewed by a second one; they have not been read by a native speaker. Native reviewers are welcome.

How to help

1. Open src/i18n/locales/<locale>/launch.json and read the strings changed by feat(hud): rewrite the recording bar tooltips #912 (git diff of that PR shows them, or look at the tooltips, cursor, recording and deviceSettings entries).
2. Fix anything unnatural, wrong, or inconsistent with the rest of that locale. The rules are in technical-documentation/engineering/tooltips.md: keep {{placeholders}} as they are, keep each string short (it has to fit a tooltip about 260 px wide), and reuse the terms the locale already uses.
3. Run npm run i18n:check, then open a PR.

Strings the reviewer was least sure about

• ar: hideHUDTip (the words for "system tray" are a literal rendering), camera (the verb is a best guess).
• fr: camera ("calque" is Photoshop vocabulary).
• ko: restartRecording, cancelRecording, openStudio are in noun style.
• ja: cursor.systemTip is a little redundant.
• ru: the HUD says "автозум" while editor.json says "Автомасштабирование".
• vi: "bản ghi hình" here, "bản ghi" elsewhere in the locale.
• tr: editor.json mixes "editör" and "düzenleyici"; the majority was followed.

More tooltips will follow in later PRs (editor toolbar, top bar, inspector, Record mode); this issue can track them too.

Native review wanted for #914 and #915 as well

Tooltips rewritten in #914 (long tail) and #915 (editor) are machine-translated too. A second AI pass reviewed them and fixed 10 + 20 strings, but no native speaker has read them. Same steps as above, in launch.json, editor.json, settings.json and timeline.json.

Strings the second pass was least sure about, by locale

• ar: settings.effects.roundnessFrameHelp ("أكبر استدارة تبدو جيدة" is literal). settings.facets.tips.effects (the existing Padding label "المسافة البادئة" means a text indent). editor.chat.rewindTip ("إعادة الضبط" reads as "reset").
• cs: editor.inspector.editClipTip (crop and trim share "oříznutí" in the existing labels).
• de: none.
• es: editor.inspector.editClipTip (crop and trim share "recorte").
• fr: settings.effects.roundnessFrameHelp ("l'arrondi le plus fort qui reste beau").
• it: editor.preview.webcamPreview, timeline.buttons.addCameraFullscreen, settings.facets.tips.layout ("fotocamera", "camera" and "webcam" are all used in the locale).
• ja-JP: none.
• ko-KR: settings.transcript.correctedWord (rewritten, check it reads well). editor.mediaStage.regenerateTip ("받아씁니다" vs "전사" in settings).
• pt-BR: editor.inspector.editClipTip (crop "corte" and trim "recorte" are close).
