The setup guide mixes already-added projects with selectable repos and gives optional plugins and device choices little hierarchy.

Cumulative Slop Cop review found no P0/P1 issue in this layer.QA PASS: Chrome for Testing 154.0.8037.92 in the isolated branch web app. Checked all four steps at 1440 × 900 and 390 × 844, skip/back/continue, importing one repository, the already-added group, device download menu, expanded remote-access panel, finishing the guide, and persisted completion after hard reload. No page errors during the pass.
