Since 2013 I've gone from iOS engineer to Engineering Manager, CTO, and now Tribe Tech Lead at TBC Bank — leading 200+ people. Obsessed with AI & ML in the real SDLC — not demos. I build internal tools, analyze codebases, and run daily experiments to push delivery speed and quality in a large enterprise environment.

• 🍎 iOS since 2013 — still my first love. I dive into Swift and Kotlin Multiplatform codebases weekly; leadership without reading code isn't leadership to me.
• 🤖 Heavy daily Claude Code user with MCP servers (Context7, Exa.ai, Memory Bank, Playwright). I orchestrate multi-agent workflows and per-project LLM setups, mixing Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini.
• 🏗️ I build production systems in Clean Architecture + DDD — pure domain layers, dependency inversion, and 100%-testable use cases, not quick hacks.
• 💻 Frontend: React + TypeScript (Vite, PWA, Tailwind), TanStack Query + Zustand, react-hook-form + Zod, full i18n.
• 🔧 Backend: Node.js + TypeScript + Express, PostgreSQL, Redis, JWT, cron workers — designed for real-money financial transactions (idempotency, atomic rollbacks, audit trails).
• ☁️ Infra & ops: Docker Compose, Nginx, Cloudflare Workers, and a full Prometheus + Grafana observability stack. I instrument everything I ship.

On the side, I built a production, real-money payout platform for ride-hailing drivers — largely solo, with AI-assisted development:

• 💸 Multi-bank payouts with smart routing and automatic failover across multiple Georgian banks — drivers withdraw earnings to any account.
• 🔁 Incremental data sync that cut external API load by ~99%.
• 🏆 A driver-engagement engine — weekly tournaments, loyalty tiers, referral bonuses, and automated retention campaigns.
• 📊 Self-hosted observability with Prometheus, Grafana, and per-cron dashboards.

It's where I keep my hands dirty across the full stack — frontend, backend, payments, and DevOps — and where I stress-test new AI workflows on real code.
