These run-metadata files from a local analysis tool were accidentally committed; they aren't part of the app. Untrack them and add strix_runs/ to .gitignore so they can't be re-added.

Removes
strix_runs/(run metadata from a local analysis tool) that was accidentally committed in #118, and adds it to.gitignoreso it can't be re-added. Files are untracked, not deleted from disk. No app code affected.
